KINOI uses Sendle standard shipping as all shipments are 100% Carbon Neutral. We work with Sendle as their sustainability initiative aligns with our own eco-friendly values.
Prices start from $6.95, depending on location and order weight. Please allow a lead time of 1-2 business days, before your order is shipped. You will receive an Sendle email that's inclusive of your reference number and tracking number.
Sendle does NOT ship to PO Boxes - please use a work or residential address.

FREE PERTH PICK UP
Free pick ups are available. Yay! Your order must be collected within one week from Bon Bon Cha Bubble Tea shop in Perth city, WA. Please note Bon Bon Cha does not sell KINOI products and are a collection point only.
We drop off KINOI orders every Sunday and Wednesday. This means that if you ordered on a Monday, we will drop your order off on the coming Wednesday. If you ordered on a Thursday, we will only drop off your order on a Sunday.

URGENT PERTH PICK UPS
If you need your order urgently, please email or Insta DM us and we can see what we can do! No promises though.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
At this point in time, we do not have the capacity to do exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Thank you for your understanding!
However, what we offer is a great Damages Policy. While we do our best, sometimes accidents do happen in transit. That is why we can proudly assure all KINOI customers that another order can be claimed completely free of charge, if the the damaged order(s) is a result of transit. This includes complimentary shipping.
DAMAGES POLICY - INSTRUCTIONS
1. Don't touch anything or lift the cup. Please immediately take a photo of the package, showing the damage, and leave everything inside the box.
Please try not to touch anything so KINOI can also claim insurance with our shipping provider!
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours upon of receiving your package and title the email "DAMAGED X *Your Name #______ (invoice number)". We endeavour to get back to you within two days.
In the email:
- Attach your photo(s) - the more the merrier!
- Briefly explain the problem
- Full Name, Number, Invoice Number and Date/Time of Arrival.
Please note if you have not contacted us after 48 hours upon its arrival, and/or your glass cup is not kept in its original packaging, we may not be able to replace free of charge. This is because we cannot prove the glass cup was damaged in transit, and/or claim back insurance ourselves from the shipping provider.
For long lasting results - do not scrub harshly. Only the glass cups, stainless steel straws and the plastic white lid are dishwasher friendly. Hand wash the tin seal proof lid.
