DAMAGES POLICY - INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions:
1. Don't touch anything or lift the cup. Please immediately take a photo of the package, showing the damage, and leave everything inside the box.
Please try not to touch anything so KINOI can also claim insurance with our shipping provider!
2. Email kinoi.info@gmail.com within 48 hours upon of receiving your package and title the email "DAMAGED X *Your Name #______ (invoice number)". We endeavour to get back to you within two days.
In the email:

Please note if you have not contacted us after 48 hours upon its arrival, and/or your glass cup is not kept in its original packaging, we may not be able to replace free of charge. This is because we cannot prove the glass cup was damaged in transit, and/or claim back insurance ourselves from the shipping provider.
For long lasting results - do not scrub harshly. Only the glass cups, stainless steel straws and the plastic white lid are dishwasher friendly. Hand wash the tin seal proof lid.

Nice and light but the straw hole was big and the straw itself was on the small side so the boba barely fit through and hard to suck up
Honestly the best quality boba cup set I’ve ever bought and used. Not only are the materials high quality, but they are durable and great for travelling with. The lids don’t have that annoying (in my opinion) rubber seal thing that gets loose and slips like other lids I’ve tried. The colours are beautiful and even the plain steel is great for a more minimalist look. The glass straw is durable and I love that It’s super easy to clean. The little tote bag is adorable and great for travel, already had compliments. If anyone is looking for a gift that is sustainable and functional but also high quality and gorgeous, this is it. Great for anyone looking for a great glass sealable cup kit, this is it!
Delivery was fast, the glass cup and assorted accessories are made of quality materials.

Using this product with bubble tea made the experience so much more enjoyable when compared to using the usual plastic disposable cups and straws. The glass is quite solid and I can imagine will be quite sturdy in the handbag. Only used once so far, but very happy with purchase

Kinoi cups are awesome! I purchased one years back when the company launched & have been using it almost every day for smoothies & for the occasional bubble tea treat. Still as good as new. Had a crack on my straw, tried contacting the seller. But haven’t got a new one and it has been one month since. Other than that I’m happy with the product. Hope to have better customer service.

Please note you must hand wash the wooden lid & dry straight away, otherwise it will expand and won't fit the borosilicate glass base. The Borosilicate glass itself is dishwasher friendly. You must be careful with this fragile cup as though it is light and durable.
