2. Email kinoi.info@gmail.com within 48 hours upon of receiving your package and title the email "DAMAGED X *Your Name #______ (invoice number)". We endeavour to get back to you within two days.

Jane Using this product with bubble tea made the experience so much more enjoyable when compared to using the usual plastic disposable cups and straws. The glass is quite solid and I can imagine will be quite sturdy in the handbag. Only used once so far, but very happy with purchase
