Please note you must hand wash the wooden lid, otherwise it will expand and break the borosilicate glass bass. The Borosilicate glass itself is dishwasher friendly. You must be careful with this fragile cup as though it is light and durable - we do not recommend this boba cup to anyone who prefers using the dishwasher.

- Why is the straw so short? The straws in the photos are 21.5cm (the standard plastic bbt straw length) but don't worry! We have ordered 24.5cm stainless steel straws
- When will my order be shipped if I order now? 29.10.20 will be our ship out date! This is because we are experiencing delays in getting our customised 24.5cm straw stock due to COVID-19. Expected to arrive 27.10.20.
- Do you have enough stock for everyone? We are not sure what the demand will be like but we want feedback first before we order the next batch!
- What's better in Bamboo than Classic Collection? 1) The glass cup is borosilicate, so therefore this means the glass is completely smooth! 2) The lid is a push down with silicone lining, minimising splash 3) Makes your delicious boba look super good
- What are the downsides in comparison to Classic Collection? 1) No seal proof tin lid (cup focuses on on-the-go drinking pleasure) 2) Not heat proof

Please try not to touch anything so KINOI can also claim insurance with our shipping provider!
2. Email kinoi.info@gmail.com within 48 hours upon of receiving your package and title the email "DAMAGED X *Your Name #______ (invoice number)". We endeavour to get back to you within two days.
In the email:
- Attach your photo(s) - the more the merrier!
- Briefly explain the problem
- Full Name, Number, Invoice Number and Date/Time of Arrival.
PLEASE NOTE
Please note if you have not contacted us after 48 hours upon its arrival, and/or your glass cup is not kept in its original packaging, we may not be able to replace free of charge. This is because we cannot prove the glass cup was damaged in transit, and/or claim back insurance ourselves from the shipping provider.
